Meeting Badger (“the app”) is designed to protect your privacy. This policy explains what the app accesses on your device and confirms that it does not collect, transmit, or share your personal information.
The app has no user accounts and no servers. It does not collect, store off-device, or transmit any personal data. Specifically, it contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. Nothing you do in the app is sent anywhere automatically. The only time information leaves your device is if you explicitly choose to send feedback (see below).
If you tap Send Feedback, the app prepares an email to the developer with a diagnostic report attached. The report includes your app version, device model, iOS version, your reminder and snooze settings, and a short log of recent in-app activity (including the titles of meetings you set alarms for). It is created only when you tap Send Feedback, it is sent through your own email app, and you can review the message and attachment — and edit or cancel — before anything is sent. Nothing is transmitted if you don’t send the email.
Your preferences (such as which calendars to include, default lead time, snooze presets, and reminder settings) are stored locally on your device only. Uninstalling the app removes this data.
The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date.
