Meeting Badger — Support

Last updated: July 29, 2026

Meeting Badger turns today's calendar meetings into loud alarms that ring through silent mode and Focus, so you never get head-down and miss the start of a call. Need help? Email info@jdwashere.com and we'll get back to you.

Frequently asked questions

My alarms aren't ringing.

Meeting Badger uses Apple's AlarmKit to ring loudly even in silent mode or Focus. Make sure you granted both Alarms and Calendar (Full Access) when you first opened the app. You can re-enable them in the iOS Settings app under Meeting Badger.

How do I set alarms for my meetings?

Open the app. Today's meetings load already selected — just tap Set Timers. Each meeting gets a loud alarm at its start time (or earlier, if you change its lead time).

How do I change when an alarm goes off?

Tap the lead-time control on any meeting to ring at the start or 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes before. You can set a default lead time in Settings.

How do I cancel or snooze a timer?

Swipe a set timer in the list to cancel it, or use the Lock Screen / Dynamic Island widget to snooze or cancel without opening the app. When an alarm rings, you can snooze with your preset amounts or a custom value.

Which meetings appear?

Today's timed meetings from the calendars you choose in Settings. All-day events and meetings that have already started are skipped automatically.

What does it require?

iOS 26 or later. Meeting Badger reads your calendar only on your device — nothing is uploaded, and there are no accounts, ads, or tracking.
